Our Tampines Hub B1 Waste Pipe Replacement Project

We successfully completed the full replacement of the basement-level (B1) waste pipe system at Our Tampines Hub, one of Singapore’s largest integrated community and lifestyle hubs. This critical infrastructure upgrade involved the safe removal of existing pipework and the installation of a new, durable, and high-capacity waste pipe system to improve waste management efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements. The project was executed with minimal disruption to ongoing operations and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Mapletree Project - Signage Removal and PFI Repair

We carried out repair works and the safe removal of a large signboard at Maple Tree premises and did repair works based on findings from a previously completed Preliminary Feasibility Investigation (PFI). The project involved structural reinforcement, dismantling procedures, and site reinstatement—all executed with full adherence to safety standards and minimal disruption to surrounding operations.

Waterproofing Works – Heritage House, Emerald Hill

Completed comprehensive waterproofing works for a conserved heritage property at Emerald Hill. The scope included the erection of scaffold systems to access elevated and restricted areas, followed by both external and internal waterproofing applications. All works were carried out with sensitivity to the building's heritage status, ensuring protection of architectural features while improving the structure's long-term weather resistance and durability.
